Please note that all meeting Minutes are described as 'draft' until approved - occasionally with slight amendments - at the subsequent full Parish Council meeting.

• Once the minutes have been approved, the approved version then becomes the final official document and the draft version should be disregarded.

• Please allow 5 working days after a meeting for Draft Minutes to be written up and published.

• Minutes (whether draft or approved) are also published in the quarterly village newsletter distributed for free to all households in the parish.

• Draft minutes are removed from the website once they have been approved.
