Suffolk’s district and borough councils have just launched a wide-reaching survey inviting residents, businesses and communities to help shape the future of our county.

They want to hear people’s views on Local Government Reorganisation in Suffolk – the most dramatic change to local government in 50 years.

The county’s five district and borough councils believe this is a fantastic opportunity to transform public services, so they work for all our citizens and communities; and they need you to help us shape them.

Have your say on the future of Suffolk’s councils by completing our survey.

We strongly believe that the shape of local government should focus on the needs and ambitions of local people. Your feedback is crucial in shaping local government to better reflect the needs and priorities of our communities.

This is your chance to influence our proposals at an early stage and your opinion matter to us.

We will use your feedback to help develop our vision for local government in Suffolk and work on more detail over the summer before giving a final proposal to the Government in the autumn.
